You can register now at a significant discount: the registration fee is only RUB 5,950 if paid no later than September 27, 2013.

If you choose to pay the registration fee between September 28 and October 3, or on site upon arrival, the amount will be RUR 6,500.

Here you can also purchase your Gala Reception ticket, pay for lunches and dinners, and order your transfer from the Adler airport or railway station to the conference venue, Rosa Khuport Alpine Resort.

Translation Forum Russia's 4 tracks of working sessions will be held at the recently opened Rosa Khutor Alpine Resort in the Kranaya Polyana valley near Sochi, Russia, at Radisson Rosa Khutor***** и Golden Tulip****. The two hotels are located close to each other on the scenic embankment of the River Mzymta.

The registration process consists in 4 easy steps:

1) choose the number of attendees and press Continue;

2) fill out the registration form for each of the attendees;

3) choose the payer type as appropriate (individual or company) and fill out the details;

4) select a payment method.

If you choose to pay by credit card or via an online payment system, you will be redirected to the payment processing web site.

Upon successful completion of the payment you will be emailed an automatic registration confirmation and your personal bar-coded name badge.

If you choose payment by bank transfer, you will be emailed an automatically generated invoice. Once we receive your payment, you will also be sent your registration confirmation and personal bar-coded name badge.

Cancellation policy

If you have paid for your participation at TFR, but your circumstances have changed and you cannot attend, please email a refund request to Arina Osipova (see above) no later than September 27, 2013. The request should contain your full bank details: your full name, bank branch, BIC / SWIFT, and account No.

We will then return 90% of the amount paid within 10 days after the end of the conference. No refund requests will be accepted after September 27.

Accommodation

Conference attendees are invited to make their hotel reservations at exclusive reduced rates at one of the 5 hotels, all conveniently located next to each other:
